CARE2FIGHT HEALTH & WELLNESS FAIR - 10/21/23
thank you to every sponsor for helping to make this event happen.
The Care2Fight Health & Wellness Fair, an annual event hosted by the BarbaraCares Foundation. The event, which draws attendees from across the metroplex, provided a day filled with valuable offerings. Attendees had access to free health screenings (mammograms, heart exams, dental, vision, vaccines, cpr training, chiropractic screenings, and more), enjoyed live music, had the opportunity to meet special guests, explored community resources, and even participated in activities geared towards "knocking out cancer."
One of the exciting highlights of this year's event was the presence of former NFL linebacker Bradie James, who also serves as one of our Mammogram Sponsors. Bradie's support is invaluable in ensuring that women have access to lifesaving mammogram services; especially during breast cancer awareness month in October.
The Care2Fight Health & Wellness Fair was not only a day of empowerment but also a significant step towards raising awareness and supporting those in need on a variety of health issues. Special thanks to every screening partner, onsite exhibitor/vendors, every VOLUNTEER, every buisness that donated raffles, our board members, and to every attendee that came.
Thank you for all you do to keep the community informed and your dedication to spreading awareness about the importance of early detection in health.
